Hey guys! Daniel here from ACTS Church Singapore. Quite a while back, Pastor Sandra asked me to write a testimony, or rather, my life journey with God. So i'll try my best to keep this as short as possible:) Story so far: the morning i'm wrote this, I had a lil' chat with God whilst bathing and getting ready for school, about my emotions. I'm sorta like Finn from 'GLEE', the hit series, who just cracks under pressure. This started last year when I was 15. I told my parents about my week old BGR last september. Of course like most concerned parents, they did every means to break us up. What's worse, a couple weeks later I heard that my girl had been seeing another guy. Cutting it short, I wondered, 'God, where are you?!' I got so fed up that i told God 'enough'. And for two days I stopped my relationship with God. Broke up with my girl, and reflected. After countless prompts from the Holy Spirit about: 'Oooo, what if God comes today and you are in this mess now? Come back.' After the two days, I admitted my fault to Him and needed Him in my toughest times. You see, this God is just so awesome. My girl needed me, but i shunt her for her fault. But then I needed God and He opened His arms, knowing that Heaven rejoiced! Keeping it short, He loves and cares. Some of you, especially the youths look at this and say, 'but oh! special case mah'. well, honestly, i still doubt God at times, but even I'm still hurting 4 months after my relationship, its already minimal cause my God has been so merciful to me and heals our broken hearts. Lemme encourage to you, if you feel like this: 'eh i talk to God already but He never reply, i text He never reply'. well, how about just talking to someone close about the problem, and by your own discernment, He maybe talking through your loved one :) All the Glory unto Him!

Acts church Malaysia came down to play for worship and pastor Andy yeoh preached. So I was a little devil and took a sticky note and wrote 'kick me'. Pasted it on wanqi's back and i don't know how the heck me and the band started sticking it all over each other! We really had one heckova time! Not to mention 'jump on me' and 'kiss me' :)

The weather has been really hot and dry that i has a nose bleed three times last week. Whilst sleeping, one at night, and then one whilst showering; where blood just flowed down my chest onto the white tiles. And yes, I've drank a fair bit of water.

Looking over the past week, I gotta admit, i haven't been myself. I'm looking for my identity. Of course, coupled with anger and rage, and other issues in life, I was embarassed to face God at church. I just asked for forgiveness and repent.

Awesomely, I went to church and was called up for usher duty! (Thats good) and then Pastor Martin Tang acknowledged those who serve in God's ministry well and I was one of them who was Called up and prayed for!

All the Glory to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ! Amen.

Gonna give you guys a quick rundown on how it's really like to actually be in my car.

Basically, it's SUPER super fast. Hit the scramble, they plant you in your seat, it sounds like a wild animal just came alive underneath the car; sounds like a pissed of wild animal. You touch the brakes one time,off the brakes, back to the throttle, and the fronts try to push a lil' bit, the rears wigglin' a lil' bit, I'm getting ready to come out and go flying off this track, I FEEL GREAT- Chris Rado

So basically this is what happens. Couple of my mates and I haven't been finishing up our worksheet, so our chem teacher alex lee, made us had photocopying machines and copy out his chemistry tutorial and ppt slides, drawing all the school crest too.

ADC, so we took from 1.30 to 4.30 to copy all. I'd rather go for DC and write a 500 word essay than copy out more than a 1000 words.

Test drove the GTR today, gotta say, it was the best experience ever!

Start and end point: YMCA hotel, Stevens road.

About the the engine, the VR38DETT is mental! Sadly, it's quiter than the RB26DETT, but the VR is still faster! Turbo lag is nearly negligible. As soon as the pedal is tapped, the turbo sppools up at around 2000rpm onwards! Better than a v-tec huh? :P

Pedal shifter was used. As soon as the gas was floored, I was embeded into the bucket seat. Thankfully, it is an all wheel drive, keeping it planted for traction. All settings were comfort mode; especially the rock hard suspension. The car is wide!

Every punishment has a lesson behind it.

Yes, I got it hard from my parents. So I went to bathe to cool it down( with a hot bath; ironic^^ ) and then God spoke to me.
He knows I love cars, so He explained to me the question that burned within me:why am I not recognized?

So He gave me a picture of the Nissan GTR R35, and it's development. It took 9 years to be the icon of the tuning scene today. 9 years of research and all. If the car has many problems, then the engineers would then need to continue to research over it till the problem is solved: making a longer process before it can be unveiled. If all goes well, the faster the production starts.

How does this then apply to us? Some of you guys would be quick enough to know what I'm driving at.

God is saying, that I may not get any recognition now, but I'm being put together to perform my best. The car had many critisisms to match the compliments, so have I. God is developing me. The better I behave and show a better attitude, the faster I get regonition. This could even be the year I get to be the top student. Who knows?

A prophet onces told me from God, that God says I may not be recognized for my efforts, but one day it's sure to come to pass.

Can't describe how much fun I had in school todayy!!!

So after recess was Chinese. We had a heck load of fun! Supposed to be having a test, but heck I finished it up, and then pek went to start putting together those square shaped foam pieces that they use at kindergarden. It's like we make a box out of it and put someone inside. Then he'll burst out of it whilst I capture a video on my phone.

Then as soon as one guys bursts out, mr chia chun Kai would say in chinese:

Eh ni men bu Yao wan, later principal walk bye and catch yiu.(that's how he says 'you' and 'bye' ) ^^

Translate: eh you boys don't play, later the principal walk by and catch you.

Then like durin contact time there was this 'I will' worksheet that we would need to fill up with the shape of a man holding up the space and then a smiley face. So I drew a couple of packs on him and a big chest, with armpit hair sticking out; flies flying around. Hehe

Well i guess that's all for now, gonna edit the chinese clb videos I took soon;)

School finished, Peter fetched me to CCAB for tennis.

Down there was SWARMED with net ball girls, they'll be there till April for comp. AWESOME!! Haha

I led the team again in phsyical conditioning( coach dk )^^, then we started with the 'dinky shot' tennis, backed up to the bass line later, serving down the line.

As you remember, two courts were swarmed with girls. So there was one girl sitting with her friends, legs crossed and supporting her team. I served this ultra hard Roddick serve, and my friend couldn't return.
Next thing we knew, the ball flew at her, hit her in the left upper cheek.

Me: oh shit oh SHIT!!

Ran over to the otherside to the girl.

Me: oh my gosh, are you alright? I'm so sorry!!

She: * looks at me* it's okay, it's alright.

Me: gosh, I'm so sorry.

And she wasn't pissed! She was like giving me this cute look to see me come over, not like some other arrogant schools who don't give a damn about anything.

So I played shun, lost to him 4-2 when we were so close to tie break at 3-3. But I really played well today. Confidence is building up.

Played one more match, this b1tch from a school threw the tennis ball at me when I was trying to get back the ball for my friend who hit it over. Thank god I used my racket to defend it, and landed on this other girl's pencil case -.-

All in all, I improved today. Consistent hard, fast first serves and awesome top spins.

As usual, I led the team in warm ups and all, my helper was Brian. Played this 'dinky' shot game where we all play mini tennis. I was fooling around, but moved closer to the top court(:
Played bass line, I must admit, I was shocked at my serve. Suddenly i just managed to blast all the serves in, consistently. Mark improvement yo!

Started to rain, so we took a break and then the coach asked the sec ones and two to do pushups and abs crunch. The coach asked me, along with ahmed, Jonathan and syahir to inspect. Lol

The guys were all complaining about the how hard abs crunch is.

C div: eh coach, damn tiring ah

This weekend totally rocked! Let's start from Saturday.

Trained down with drew to chruch office, to have SALT meeting, so awesome with all that was said, the full coverage is below. The gang from KL came down and we had a hecka fun! We directed them back to YMCA, and then picked them up 30 min later. The odyssey had air-condition failure, prolly is the canister is low. So windowed from town(home) to eastcoast! Drew drove through terminal 3 carpark just to u-turn!! Oh gosh! Talked to the guys about my lifestory and all, till my voice was hoarse, but it was worth it though.

Ate awesome food, heard awesome stories!

Drove the guys back down and home we went. Day one over and so was my headache since morning.

Sunday! Tuitioned by drew, later kel came and fetched me to church. Not much of a good morning though. Enjoyed my time with God, He rocked the house! Still i shouldve jumped around and praise Him more! God touched me and gave me Hope once again, healing my broken heart.
Laughter and all filled the air as we fellowshipped with the guys, KL team was so happy when I helped them to keep my stuff.

Gave our emails and then went home! Gonna miss them.

Anywho, can't wait for prayer walk this Tuesday!(:

Today was a last minute issue. Drew's student called to say she wanted to postpone tuition. So drew asked if I wanted tuition. So after hesitating, I agreed. I took a bath before my dreaded lesson.

In the bathe I talked to God, I called out to Him: "Father God, I just wanna ask you to do something for me. Please help me control my temper. At times I really can't see when You warn me through my family members, and then I fall. Please Lord, help me. Make it clearer to me cause sometimes I don't open my eyes and I fall into no man's land.
Help me, and forgive me my sins, as I forgive those who sinned against me. I'm sorry Lord, thank You for this day. In Jesus name, Amen."

Just like that, and I had so much fun during tuition. No scuffles.

Waited for 4 days for paint, finally got it. Smoke and metallic purple paint for the r32(3) looks really awesome especially when I did a design on the hood, that under brigt light the hood is purple, but when it's normal light it's more of black, midnight purple.

Horror, when I checked my rear wheel adapter hubs and the stock sprint2 ones were in the process of melting. Took them off, replace with my old tt01's hub. Today I was running it and the rear right wheel seems to be running like a bent shaft. Took it of to see a cracked hub 0.0 so now I switched over to the Kyosho fazer's one.

Did I mention how nice my brothers were? They bought me one more bodyshell on top of the toyota markII shell:

Sprayed painted it myself, came clear and uncut.

Here's what Jeremy did.

Jere: where and how much do you get these bodies for?
Me: well, there's one at orchard plaza and far east. Usually 26 bucks for the cheapest. Why?
Jere: oh, cause my friend wanna play, so he ask.
Me: icic, ask him to email me lah.

Few days later, they suprised me with a protoform Mazda 6 shell, though back to today, I exchanged it.

Had a hard time choosing other shells, but managed to come up with a plan to buy the Tamiya r32. Topped up $30 on top of
$24.

Bus-Ed home, walked back, saw mumma reversin the car outta the gate.
when she saw I was back, she went back in. I asked her, she said to fetch me, jere was concerned... Awwwwww.

Did up the shell, awaiting paint. Tested it out. Rule of thumb, hellaflush, and rubbing.

Right, will update tmr, gotta sleep, 1237 on a school night.

First off, happy new year dudes and dudettes!! Looks like this new year was alright for starters.

When I woke up for the first day of school, it was raining. Supeerr colddd man. Thank God for my loving momma who turned on the heater for me(: thanks mum!:D

school was the usual, same mates and all. Still love my mates in tennis. John wu aka dean, gave a really awesome message about having good attitudes and attributes.

Vice Principals message was boring till I slept. Contact time and all...

The countdown

Today was really really awesome! We had steak, mushroom soup over rice and salad for dinner. Then we went of to church for thanksgiving and countdown. We feasted and fellowshipped there again, and then had a time of praise and worship. After that we shared our testimonies and sang in response to the messges.
Pastor Lucas handed me the clock to take picture as soon as 2010 came in, and it was super awesome! Instead of the usual 3-2-1 countdown, pastor Martin was singing Emmanuel. We were all laughing and singing in anticipation as we told pastor martin it was gonna be 12!!
Here is how it went:'emmmmaaannnuueellll, happy new year!' right exactly on the 12! Woweee, talk about awesome tempo!
The air you breathe in now is the air of 2010.
Let's look forward, not behind. 2009 is over, learn from our mistakes. Don't repeat them.

For my birthday yesterday,(28th) my parents decided to bring me to Johor for go karting! So drew, christine and jere tagged along. So much drama. Let the story unfold... Now!

1025am:
Me: we're leaving at 1030 right?
Jere: yeah.

1100am:
We left the house.

Next stop,ACS Barker, to buy second hand books. At first I was enthu about it till my mum just picked loads of chem workbooks. Thank God it was pure and we only got two bookLETs for chem notes, plus other subjects. Checked out the tennis court, court 3 isn't even painted yet!! FAILURE!

At the open car park with me, drew and tine:

Drew: let's race.
Me: can't run, headphones around my neck, itouch in my back pocket.
Tine: slippers!
Me: kk.

We ran; I grabbed my headphones as soon as it touched the ground and guess what? I dropped my frigging itouch on the gravel paved ground, bounced in circles on it's side. Ahhhh!! The top right corner got scratched and one deep chip!! Die lah! Got over it for then.

Next stop, Johor!
Headed to checkpoint. Full house man! Saw a sign which said queue cutters will be fined.

Me: wah liddat we signal to the guy behind to come forward and then he get caught by the camera.
Everyone: hahahahahahahahah

After about one hour to get pass the crowded causeway and two checkpoints, we rushed, little did we know the flyover was wrong. As soon as we got directions, we went to eat.

Drew: this restaurant is selamat dating(datang)
All: what dating ah? It's datang...
Me: next time you study here you tell a chick,'eh, selamat datang( in drew's case is' I wanna date you' ) ' haha!

We went to eat. I ate mee rubous(how to spell??), no chilly.awesome stuff.

About 3pm:
Went to search for the place. Went along the coast. Can't find ahh!! Wind downed windows to ask for directions, stopped at gas station. Missed turns and all.we ended up at a long highway, pasir gudang: 55 km.

It was 345pm. Tension rose.

Dad:if we can't reach by 4 we're going back. I'll bring you another time.
Me:aiyo, next time then dowan.. So long!
Dad: *sigh*

4pm:

Dad: next time I bring you k?
Me: hmm, we just drive to a mall and see if we can find on the way.

Got directions, long story cut short, we reached the long entrance before the go kart track. 3 km deep jungle trail with two narrow bridges, no barriers.
You see, the last time I drove the tuscani in, my dad took over at the bridges. Cows blocked the way. This time was a change.

Switched sides with dad, I drove off.

Dad: lemme know when you cannot ah.
Before I could say okay, I crossed over the bridge without a thought. Hahah!
The trail was filled with pot-holes and could travel the max at 30kmh. Reached, I parked the car. Hallejuah!

Another cool thing. You see, when I woke up this morning, I surfed Vaughn gittin's facebook pictures. Came across this rainy drift meet in japan with noburetu taniguchi's car:

Then I was like, hopefully it drizzles a bit and I can drift the kart like them, the spins, the water kick ups(: it drizzles, we raced. Spun on the first lap when I flew down the slope upon turn in. The foot brake is like a handbrake. Then I didn't have any visor.

First run:
Helmet with no vise, rain got heavier, speeding with the kart and drops flying against the face like needles! Then the gravel that kicks up when you draft behind.

Second run:
Visor on, we ran. Really awesome!

Third run:
Three strangers joins us. I attempted an overtake after the long sweeper on the Outside line to the inside line on the chichane on the stranger. Unfortunately, my front left wheel hit his rear right wheel and I spun. Thinking he was gone, I u-turned and saw him in the gravel. Waved to apologise, he was nice(:
Then on one last turn before the finish line, I turned but due to the wet surface at bad steering lock, I was headed for off road. Doing it drift style, I rode the edge of the track, drifting with my rear wheel about to slip off the track! Talk about skills!(:
One of the spins were so great that before I spun I full locked my wheel to right and the force made it end up left after I spun. Scary but fun!

620pm:
We left, I drove out, my dad took over when we were out of the trail(:

Went to search for jusco(after numerous directions asked). Went to eat awesomeness chicken rice. Jere wanted a chicken so it dropped on the table. Wanted to use my untensils and quickly pick up but it dropped again, picked, it slipped and dropped on the chair then on the floor-.- fail!! Watched Alvin and the chipmunks 2! Cute ah!!

Walked around the mall, in the carpark I idoitically stepped on puke, mistaking it for water! Watched my soles and put some soap. Phew, close call.

Directions again,finally one babe gave us the right direction, topped up gas, causeway jam.

Prayer changes things

A few days ago, I felt really down and out, that I just stopped my relationship with Christ. I was really frustrated with life! I went for two days being a freethinker but hated it when Christ kept bugging me in a sense to pray. I Nugged it off and then on Christmas night I got bugged again. It was then I prayed a short prayer despite being reluctant. Guess what? It turned my life around and He forgave my sins! I'm back on the walk and am excited! All Glory to Him!

Was about to finish up some paper work today when the dogs ran out the house! Drew wanted to let them out to run in the garden whilst washing the car. Gate was open and the dogs left, with drew calling me to come. I took the leash and called Burma. She turned as saw me with the leash in my hand and started running. Urghh, I chased after her without a shirt! Frap happily followed and then confronted a dog. Managed to tie up Burma and drew called frap then. On the way back, there was this Labrador behind the gate of someone's house. Frap went to pick a fight, thankfully there were no injuires cause they only barked and snarled fiercly at each other. My knee became pain.. Ahh..

As you know today is the 25th, I would like to shout out to my Saviour
Jesus Christ, happy birthday my Lord!! Today was kinda cool, me and
drew left home to pick up the Christmas tree for church at the church
office at Rangoon road. Then we realise the key pastor Lucas gave us
was wrong!! So we had to frigging drive all the way down to kovan mrt
near his place to get the right key0.0 but the long flyover was cool.
Went to church for Christmas celebration, met megan's friend Marcus.
Lunch was way awesome! Learned some new stuff from Josh Khoo's parents
and Denise parents(: really really awesome. Went home later to rest,
watched WTCC, went to tune my car. Left to my mum's mother's place for
dinner and gift exchange(: took a wild load of pictures! Celebrated my
birthday at the same time and got some cash in(: was so shacked that I

Temptation. For a moment just stare at those 10 letters. Those 10
letters may seem like all other letters that form any other word.
However, these letters are the one that leads you towards the Devil
and wandering away from Christ of you fulfill what the Devil is
attracting you with. Temptation comes in many forms. Dirty jokes,
profanities, cursing... Many times when we give in to temptation is
always cause we feel that we can't overcome them. However God said
that it's possible to overcome them. 1 Corinthians 10:13. The
temptations in your life are no different from what others experience.
And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than
you can stand. When you are tempted, He will show you a way out so
that you can endure.
What an awesome assurance we can get from Him. Why not view temptation
this way: To Emerge Merrily, Place That Assurance That I (Christ)
Overcame, Now! May sound kiddy or lame though, but anything to

Well, since the last messae on WWJS, I admit it's kinda hard to follow
up, but when it's fufiled it's great to see a smile on the persons
face, be it a teacher or a school cleaner. So WWJT and HWJR, what
would Jesus think and how would Jesus react. Christ has led a Sin-free
life. At Calvary, as Jesus hung on that cross, he didn't retaliate
when he was spat upon, nailed to that very cross or looked down upon.
Instead he thought and reacted by asking his Father to forgive us our
sins for we didn't know what we were doing. Even while typing this, it
spurs me on to do my best and make the most out of life. For Christ
when he was on earth was also man. He made the Judgements in wheter to
sin or not. Instead of following others, follow Christ. To encourage
yourself along the way, applying WWJD, WWJS, WWJT and HWJR can be of
great help.

Super complicated though.
During PE i did 20 pull ups on the bar.
10 underhand and 10 overhand pulls ups in a row respectively.
Super good, but now i've got blisters that burst.
Then for holiday homework.
E-maths is 270 questions.
A-maths is 120 questions.
Just counting through them already gave me a headache and a lil' breathlessness.

Formula drift had a title called 'sleepless in seattle'. well, mine is 'sleepless in singapore!' last night(fri night) i slept at 3.30am! woke up directly at 7.30am. Damn, 4 hours of sleep and then 3 hours of training. Tennis...hmm, the weather was so warm, that even though i took off my shirt to play, and not even vigoursly, sweat was pouring all over my body, LITERALLY! like i just got out of the shower, sweat in my belly button too! Like Maroon5 Makes me Wonder, Goddamn my spinning head, is exactly what im having. Gonna get some sleep.

Its been a while since i've blogged though.

Baseball beats the shit out of tennis!

After serving into a locker 10m away.

Didn't really feel like getting up today at 8 for training. so i just pushed myself and went. Rallied with wayne, and then Qi Tai came.(old barker tennis player) . so they talked. training was like super messed up. no one bothered about physical training. we just walked away, and the coach was so slacked that we could call for our own games or do whatever we wanted to. then Jon pek tried to smash return a ball but his racket slipped outta his hand and cracked. so we smashed it up-literally and broke of the handle. super funny. from snapped strings(spencer's racket), to broken rackets(Pek) to a smashing serve 10m away to open a locker(me^^) . yeah, then talked from 12 till 1, me, spencer and zhang went to queensway to restring rackets, eat lunch and buy DEO?! friggin cool day, just gets better and better :)

Today i finished school and called drew to pick me. then he ask me to take a bus to somerset cause he's repairing his phone. so yeah, met drew and jere there, had mac.s for lunch and two subway cookies :) we should do these outings more often.. the best way to start the weekend. ^^

Not really a happy day. tennis burned me out this morning even though i slept earlier. woke up with a pounding head, shrivelled eyes. didn't start the day happy. i was so bored today that the slightest thing could piss me off. thank God i held back if my anger if not two guys in my class would get bloody noses, thank God that i also can control- not so violent. :)

well, i finally had my grip changed the night before on monday, and tried out my racket. super good feeling when all those spins and curls reunite. What i lack is consistency. i can't even survive a normal match. All the good players and bad players are starting to swap places. I had to play with yew ming up to 4-3, tie break 9-7! thats how bad all our consistency has became! usually its a ownage of like 4-1.. this is real sad..

This morning i woke up like at 10am, hearing that my family is going gym. Wanted to though, but just too tired and lazy. so i brought my stuff and studied at Sicc library with drew. A and E maths.Kinda tired cause of yesterdays plus i did vocals for church. Well, preparing and going out with a couple of friends to watch UP:)

What a cool way to start the day. slept like 230am and i couldn't sleep when i woke up at 645am. so i just got up, brought my dogs to the garden, enjoy the new day God has given, fed the dogs( they were so happy, looking up half way while eating and wagging their tail). and then i made breakfast for the whole family. Prata, eggs and sausage, tea and coffee. it was a blast ^^

i must say i feel good.
